You will notice your email address has changed to your Rowan NetID username. Enter your password and click Sign In. Installation Instructions If you have a Rowan owned and managed computer, the easiest way to install Jabber is via Self Service. When the Welcome screen displays, click Continue. Click Continue. Click Agree to accept the terms of the license agreement and continue with the installation. You may be prompted to select the disk where you want to install Jabber. Select your hard drive and then click Continue.
Click Install to perform the standard installation. At the prompt, enter your administrator account password for the Mac and click Install Software. When the software has finished installing, click Close. After you have opened the Jabber application, the login screen appears. When the Jabber installation has finished you are presented with the Cisco Jabber installer completed window. To complete the install select Finish. To perform a log in on Jabber for Windows, chose the Jabber application on the Microsoft Windows machine and launch it.
Once the Jabber application has been launched provided the Jabber username and the domain that is used for service discovery example. The screenshot assumes that UPN discovery is not in use. Once service discovery has finished you are prompted to provide the credentials for Jabber log.
